Wildlife Victoria is a non-profit charity that has operated the state's wildlife emergency response service since 1989.

Our Emergency Response Service answers calls from members of the public reporting sick, injured or orphaned native wildlife 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In 2023, we received over 130,000 calls for assistance, a 24% increase in demand compared to the year prior, and responded to nearly 90,000 native animals in need.

With less than 7% of our annual operating costs funded by the state government, and no commitment for funding beyond 2025, your support is now more crucial than ever before.

Your generous donations keep our 24/7 Emergency Response Service operational, help recruit and train volunteers statewide, and maintain our Travelling Veterinary Service. Most importantly, they provide a lifeline to sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife across Victoria.
